Bigger Better Faster Stronger…those are the words that come to mind when you crawl behind the wheel of a RHA-114 450.  For the Big Block the M2 112 Freightligner Chassis is outfitted with the largest availiable engine -- the Detroit Diesel DD13.  Driving the DD13 diesel engine means power and torque on demand. The MBE 4000 is puttiing out 450hp and 1650 ft. lbs of torque.  With a peak torque range of up to 500 RPM—from 1,100 to 1,600 RPM.  The robust construction extends our track record of engines with a B50 life of one million miles.  For trailer loads that weigh up in the 30K -40K range, the 112 chassis is your best bet to pull and stop the load safely.  We can utilize this chassis in any or our current 2-Wheel Drive SportChassis models. 

Things to note when stepping up into this chassis:  Due to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is necessary to operate this vehicle.  The M2 112 chassis is only offered with air brakes which could mean an air brake endorsement is necessary on your license also.
